- Printable Postage Label: We can email you a label to print and attach to your parcel. If you don't have a printer, a QR code is available for printing at your local post office.
- Collection Service: We can arrange for a collection from your location. Simply provide your preferred collection date and address.
The initial value is based on the condition you describe and the market value. We give you a ranged quote to give you a firm idea on the price that you will receive.
Once we receive your item, we conduct a thorough inspection to verify its condition and functionality. If there are any discrepancies, we will adjust the offer accordingly and inform you before finalising the transaction and payment.
If the condition of your item differs from the description, the final offer may be adjusted to reflect its actual state.
We will communicate any changes and give you the option to accept the revised offer or decline and have the items posted back to you, free of charge.
After we have received and verified your item with you, we will process your payment within 24 hours. You can choose to receive payment via bank transfer or PayPal, depending on your preference.
We will keep you informed at every stage of the process. You will receive email updates when we receive your item, complete the evaluation, and process the payment. You will also receive a tracking number for your package so you can see its whereabouts.

If you decide not to proceed with the sale after we have evaluated your item, you can simply let us know. We will arrange to return your item, free of charge.
