Frequently Asked Questions
We accept a wide range of cameras and photographic equipment, including digital cameras, DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, lenses, and associated accessories.
Note: We can’t always offer payment for very low-value or heavily damaged items.
If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us with the details, and we'll be happy to assist.
After we have received and verified your item with you, we will process your payment within 24 hours. You can choose to receive payment via bank transfer or PayPal, depending on your preference.
We assess items on a case-by-case basis. If a camera has some resale or repair value – for example, a sought-after model that a repairer might fix or use for parts – we may offer to buy it. However, many non-working cameras (especially very old digital models or severely damaged units) have little to no market value, so we might not be able to offer payment. In those cases, we’re happy to advise on recycling, but we can’t guarantee acceptance of all broken gear.
